Hey, I'm Janine!
I’ve built exactly what I’m going to help you build.
I started my career as a corporate lawyer, moved in-house, and then while my children were very young I trained as a career development coach on the side.
I built a six-figure coaching business while continuing to take on legal consulting work. I wanted the flexibility, the fulfillment and the security that comes from having more than one stream of income and impact.
I’ve worked with hundreds of high-achieving professional women to help them leverage their expertise, navigate career transitions and build careers that truly work for them. I’ve been featured on TEDx, in HuffPost, Business Insider, BBC, and more.
When my business revenue dipped after an achilles rupture injury, my portfolio protected me. I dialed up my consulting to fill the gap. That moment reminded me exactly why I’d built my career this way.
